- Servo driven (CNC) positioning system for continuous move of the main buffing unit
- Movement of the main unit in 3 axes in a free area of 330° around the tire
- Main unit rotating 360° for optional use of second tool (buffing blades and peeling attachment) in one procedure
- High speed tire rotation available for optional use of peeling attachment
- Beckhoff IPC state-of-the-art control with recipe management
- Automatic tire lifter with centering device for easy tire handling
- Semi-automatic heel adjustment in 1/2 inch steps
- Residual rubber sensor for safe operation on radial tires available
- Additional manual buffing unit with blades and brushes for final finishing
