APPROVED MEMBERS CANNOT CHANGE OR VIEW THEIR PROFILE UNLESS THEY CONTACT MICRO-POISE DIRECTLY AND REQUEST THE CHANGE BY EMAIL AT CONTACTUS@ITWRQP.COM – MICRO-POISE WILL BE ABLE TO CHANGE MEMBER PROFILES VIA ADMINISTR.
TO PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY, WE WILL ONLY RESPOND TO E-MAIL MESSAGES SENT FROM THE E-MAIL ACCOUNT YOU USED TO SET UP YOUR ACCOUNT. SHOULD YOU ELECT TO HAVE YOUR INFORMATION DELETED, WE WILL ALSO DELETE YOUR USER ACCOUNT.
A MEMBER CAN RETRIEVE A FORGOTTEN PASSWORD BY CLICKING A LINK IN THE LOGIN AREA OR LOGIN PAGE. THE MEMBER WILL HAVE TO PROVIDE AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND PRESS “SUBMIT”. AN EMAIL CONTAINING THE MEMBER’S PASSWORD WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED AND SENT TO THE PREVIOUSLY ENTERED EMAIL ADDRESS.
